Therefore, Hills Group pursues CES Innovation Methodology. Our innovation methodology focusing on CES (Clean, Easy, Safe) will renew the logistics work environment previously known as 3D (Dirty, Difficult, Dangerous) in a completely different way.

Through this CES innovation methodology, labor-dependent distribution centers often featured as a 3D workplace will be reborn as a smart fulfillment center with human-centered and ergonomic future technology to prevent industrial accidents, lower turnover rates, and increase industrial productivity and social contribution, as well as the life quality of community members.

Hills Group will keep the principle of 5S(Smart, Standard, Safety, Stability, Sustainability) to realize clean, easy, and safe smart logistics. By doing so, we will streamline SCM(Supply Chain Management), which has been pursued by the traditional logistics industry, to generate economic benefits and use the profit to supply resources (MRO) for new SCM (School, Church, Medical Center).

Holding onto the belief that “though your beginning was small, yet your latter end would increase abundantly,” we will strive to build a kingdom of new SCM (School, Church, Medical Center) and share the true value of management with the world.
